Grove Gardens is hiring daytime help for our busy spring season! This position is ideal for someone who loves plants, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a creative, hands-on environment.
This could be a full-time role during peak season, with daytime hours.

Qualifications:

Interest in plants, gardening, or landscaping (experience a plus, not required)

Friendly attitude and strong customer service skills

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and work outdoors in varying weather

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Responsibilities:

Assist customers with plant selection, care tips, and garden supplies

Water, prune, and maintain plants and displays

Receive, stock, and organize inventory

Operate register and handle basic transactions

Keep the garden center clean, safe, and welcoming
